    I would love to do 1938 but White Banners is impossible to find.

    I guess you will go with Charlize (who doesn't?). My predictions:

    I find 2003 an okay year but 2 people should not be there,morton is supporting but wonderful,hughes stole wood's nom,watts is all over the place practically begging for a nom,keaton does her thing with ease and gets me everytime with the sidewalk scene,theron is simply the best actress winner ever imo.

    omissions paltrow,connelly and wood.

    Another important omissions for me: Nicole Kidman (Dogville), Uma Thurman (Kill Bill) and Scarlett Johansson (Girl with a pearl earring)

    A year I'm not impressed with. Theron is amazing, Castle-Hughes and Morton are undeserving and Keaton is luminous and funny but not nom-worthy. I'm going to watch Watts just for this :)

    Theron. No question. I personally like Keaton, and Watts was much better then expected, but still overwhelming. The other two are blah.
